1. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the educational services and digital platform provided by Vikas ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our Telegram bot or web platform, you agree to abide by these rules.

• Services Provided: We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for taking online exams and accessing digital educational content.
• User Conduct: You agree to use the platform only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Account sharing, piracy, screen recording of paid content, or reverse-engineering our software is strictly prohibited.
• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to instantly terminate or suspend access to any user found violating these terms, sharing access keys, or engaging in abusive behavior towards teachers or staff, without prior notice or refund.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy outlines how your data is collected and protected.

• Information We Collect: We collect your Telegram ID, Telegram Public Name, and IP address solely for the purpose of account creation, authentication, and preventing fraudulent activity.
• Payment Security: We do not collect, process, or store your credit card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers. All payment processing is securely handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Data Sharing: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or advertisers. Your test scores and analytics are shared only with the respective Teacher managing your enrolled class.
• Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team via email.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Due to the nature of our business, we enforce a strict refund policy.

• Digital Access: Because our platform grants instant access to proprietary digital content, online classes, and software tools immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations once a subscription, class pass, or exam access fee has been paid and access has been granted.
• Duplicate Payments: In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a double charge for a single transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon verification by our support team.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Because we provide an online service, our delivery framework differs from physical commerce.

• No Physical Shipping: We operate a 100% digital EdTech software platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, books, hardware, or materials.
• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment verification through our gateway, your digital access is granted instantly. The locked features on your dashboard will immediately become accessible.
• Delivery Confirmation: A successful transaction receipt from Razorpay and an automated platform notification unlocking your dashboard will serve as your definitive proof of delivery.
